Our labor rate has been $65.00 for the last 3 years, and includes all ages of cars. For your area that is a very good rate for quality dealer work.

I remember test driving a 9-5 there right before the introduction of the 9-2X. I asked the sales weasel whether he thought Saab would ever make an AWD car. He said... No, because AWD cars have lots of problems, especially Subarus.
I have neither enough face nor enough palm to adequately convey his failitude. That's the closest dealer to me by far, but I'll drive to Charles River Saab before setting foot there again. (plus, CRS sells parts for considerably less markup...)
