I wouldn't mind bringing along the check valve (I will get from VOB - he gives me wholesale prices) and taking you up on the offer of the hoses.

Let me know what your drink of choice is!

Yes! What do you mean by "Night". I am throwing a P0300 and P1172 which means I have a vacuum leak somewhere. I'll call Larry and leave a message. Saturday was good for him too.

I've got a match at Summit Point that ends ~1600, so after that. Secret Ingredient was planning to be there 1830. Its out near Winchester Hospital for general area. There is a sonic and Sheetz nearby,

We can work on cars all night, if you want. We can setup the Kwik-lift if people are interested.

Octoberfest beers are good!

PM me for directions and RSVP. We may have to meet at Sonic and convoy there.

Frank, I've got some problems. I went to Viking to pick up my car today. They replaced the e brake cables that were frozen from rust. They also installed new Continental DWS tires. But ............ they also discovered that my ball joint and tie rod on the drivers side is shot. They left it in the bay to finish Tuesday. I couldn't leave without the ball joint replacement and with a bad tie rod I'm going to need an alignment to drive the car without ruining the tires. Big Dane has the '99 9-3 in New York with his girl friend this weekend. Unless I can carpool with Larry who is not returning my messages ........ I will call you tomorrow. If you are still in your blasting competition I'll leave a message. I may be able to get my wifes car. It only needs the tires rotated, but who cares.

I could always head up 270 and pick you up and then we could head down to Winchester. You're call. Let me know.

Awwww Yeah.... someone's ready for tomorrow

I went to VOB and gave him the part number you gave me. One of the parts guys was telling me how my year the valve was built in and you have to buy the fuel line. I told him that we Saab enthusiasts knew better, and how you can reuse parts over many years. Then he "found" one in stock and he was saying "well, I don't have the o-rings for it". I told him to take a look at the part (snicker).

I also got these:

So next stop is the beer shop tomorrow.

Rudedog,

Let us know, rarelibra, can head your way, or it appears that I will be only 22 miles from your house at Summit Point.

rarelibra,

Yep that's the part! Can you grab a couple of small 5/8 or so hose clamps, I have the fuel line.

Roger. I'm trying to talk my wife into letting me take her car and rotating the tires since you have a lift available. I hate rotating in the parking lot with jack stands.

Thanks for your kind offer. I can't make it. My wife was getting a case of the asses which is not normal for her. She finally fessed up that she had planned an opening night party tonight at 7 pm. for the Caps home opener complete with my favorites. Meat loaf that she makes from venison, ice cold stella's and a shot at the twins wrapped in a leopard print camisole. I feel like a butthead cause this would be fun, but I can't turn down a party like that or it will never happen again.

Yes. I am clear Saturday afternoon/evening & Sunday afternoon the weekend of the 15th & 16th. I'm not sure about the 22nd & 23rd. Won't know until Friday the 14th about that weekend.
