Weekend wrenching

Working on Jonathon Wertz's car this Saturday in my garage - new front struts plus rotors and brake pads - if anyone wants to come and watch someone else work, that's fine by me. It's also going to be a good weekend for shooting, from the weather forcast !

I ordered the Aero clutch disc, slave cylinder and master cylinder through them - a little over a hundred less than Eeuroparts or SaabSite - and all OEM parts ..........

Saturnparts.com. I spoke to them an hour ago. They had to order the wiper transmission from Saab. They said they would have it by Wed. or Thur. and send it on. Nice people.

Good deal - I'm waiting on the parts I ordered - and in the meantime I'm lining up an engine hoist and an engine stand. Probably buy an engine stand, and rent the hoist .....

Looks like I'll be getting an earlier start than planned - issues with the chilled water system has pretty much shut down Medimmune, so I'll be taking the next two days off. Which means I'll be able to pull the engine either Friday or Saturday - should be able to get evrything disconnected tomorrow. I'm also picking up a 6" Model 57 and 6" K22 later today, so that could prove distracting .....
