We will be formulating plans to reinvigorate the club, take care of the legal necessaries and plan for events for 2009. We will make sure to have one of our upcoming meetings at Barley and Hops in Frederick which is 15 minutes from my house. My apologies to everyone for the last minute venue change. Could you please respond to this post and let everyone know whether you can make it or not. I'll see you all at 1230 on 12/13.

I'll most likely be able to come. (But the real 4P's is in Cleveland Park and is far superior)

How long do we think this will run? I will probably head out to tysons (shudder) in the morning, do some x-mas shopping, and make it a day in VA. I'll push back crazy ray's to Sunday, weather permitting.

The general theme was reorganization. We are going to seek some guidance from Penn Saab Club and legal/banking work from local professionals. On the fun side, we are working on instituting defined dates for monthly meetings and three to four club events per year.

Sorry Roger and I couldn't make it, too many errands to run and a dose of female persuasion.

No problem. We voted in your absence to make the 2009 end of the year party complete with Mosh Pit at your house so that we are sure that you can make it.

That's fine, just make sure you make some calls to keep the police out of it. We don't want a repeat of last time.

Guys, have you elected a new board? President? I still have club assets: Cash, tables, coolers, etc. Let me know when you plan on meeting next, I'll bring that stuff out.
