The intercooler pipe that goes to the throttle body is duct taped. I test drove it at that dealer. I just thought the thing had been previously hacked up.. itd be a good idea to pull off the intake...

I actually drove that car... The intercooler pipe and all vacuum hoses need to be replaced. Personally I'd take off the MBC and get a tune.

If you're extremely concerned about it, have the valve cover area cleaned out, and put a new gasket on it. Then, have the oil pan dropped and cleaned, and put in the updated pick up tube/screen....

Make sure the BPC lines are hooked up to the right places. Did you leave anything unplugged by any chance?

Also try resetting the ECU by pulling the negative battery cable for 20 minutes

Base boost should be 6.5-7 psi.. I get my Viggen...

Base boost should be 6.5-7 psi.. I get my Viggen to hold 14psi, and creeps to 16 on long pulls. Stock tune and exhaust
