If the problem started after the fluid change, I would suspect that they might have used the wrong fluid.
It should have the 3309 fluid.

If so, you don't need the ignition cylinder, just the Twice and an all in one transponder, you will need someone with Tech2 to program the new Twice to the cars ECU....

The wrong bulb will cause your symptoms.
Sylvania has a bulb reference online that will give you the correct bulb numbers.

I believe changing SID's from a different model year will trigger the fill windshield fluid message, not fill coolant.
There might be a bad ground involved.

Could be the fact that most gas stations still have summer formulated fuel in their tanks, which don't do well at temps below 50 or so.
This happen every fall, very common in Saab's.

2000 9-5 2.3 Automatic.

Car is not showing any symptoms that I can see or feel, but CEL is on with code P1576, cleared it, but it came back a day later.
