Good thought, but an 01 auto should have the vacuum pump on the exhaust cam... only one way to hook it up.

I have a 99 9-5 5 speed parts car with 120k, great parts, but the trans is 99-01...

May have to sacrifice a door panel, or use a slimjim type tool to actuate the latch lever itself. Very difficult to do even if you have done it before.

I HATE working with doors and latches....
