Stock intake pipe is aluminium. I had the compressor housing modified so that the MY06+ 9-5 aero intake pipe would fit without losing A/C.

Yes, if you go for a custom intake pipe you defo need to get rid of the A/C compressor.
As for the flange - you could cut off the part from standard intake pipe and weld from there up.

I had my turbo off the car and took measurements...

I had my turbo off the car and took measurements for lathe work. To install the king cobra... This is turbo side of the flange, but should help making "male" flange to fit inside.

I searched a bit and came to a conclusion that DP41443R is the right one for 99-02 9-3. For Viggen calipers one should go with DP41062R.
Probably will buy mine from ebcbrakesdirect.com

Actually, the upper one is Aero, lower one Viggen! Neither of them is mine, but I do own a viggen look aero... ;) since I had no pictures from my car, I just borrowed from garaget.org.

Does anyone use 6-point with lowered suspension? Mine is already really low with B8/Eibach's...with 6-point it'll drop about 3/4 inch more. Any thoughts from personal experience?
