With a MBC, you bypass the stock BPC so the ECU has no control over boost. Probably the screw of the MBC has gotten loose.

You should reset the ECU and do a series of adaptation runs (3rd gear pulls from 1500rpm at WOT) after any engine mod. The ECU will adjust to the new engine parameters.
