Narrow wheels with high offset reduce tramlining and torque steer a lot. Unfortunately, they also look like hell and corner terribly.

Welcome. Real nice looking ride. Definitely pick up that rear ARB, it probably is the best $90 you can spend on these cars. Noticeably less understeer.

Nice work here.

I have the Hawk HPS and don't really care for them. Not really a great track pad, and too little cold bite for good DD. I would go with a good stock OEM pad for the street.

Everyone talks about the strength and durability of forged pistons but then you see a bunch of info saying they suck in daily driving and the engine actually needs to be rebuilt a whole lot sooner...

I think the OP said the engine already had been rebuilt, not that he was planning to rebuild it again. He'll be fine with stage 3, good maintenance, and stock pistons.
