Suspension Upgrades

I've enjoyed Eibach springs, Bilstein HDs, and a 22mb anti-roll bar on my MY2000 9-3 for many years, and last week I finally decided to spend the $$ on a Genuine Saab Steering Rack Clamp & Brace, installed by Anders at SWEDECAR.

As many know, it's such an improvement. I'm even happier with the steering feel and handling. My new favorite road in LA is the Arroyo Seco Parkway <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arroyo_Seco_Parkway>, LA to Pasadena and back. it's worth a drive (off-peak) if visiting with your Saab.

This forum (and another I can't name here) have been invaluable in making modification decisions, so thanks to all who contribute.

Nice man!

The clamp and brace is typically the first suspension/steering modification I would make on an og9-3, surprised you did it last!

Yes its one of those upgrades that Saab should of installed from the factory

I would also add the 6pt subframe brace to your list of must have upgrades. The upper front and rear hatch brace also are nice improvements

Thanks for the comments.

I'm going to enjoy what I've got for now, plus I have to save money to replace my turbo, which has just begin to smoke at start-up
