Proparts Sweden Stanchion arm bushings

Hello All,

It been a while since I've been on here, but I just finished my last semester of my undergraduate career. The projects begin immediately with replacing the stanchion arm bushings. I chose the Proparts Sweden urethane ones (eeuro 6134005 on the basis that I didn't need a press to install them. I also bough new bolts and sleeves to go with them. However when I received them it seems like there is absolutely no room for those sleeves to go in there... has anyone installed these particular bushings and can share if they used the sleeves or not? Here are some pictures that show what I am looking at:

I'd be careful. Urethane does not like to experience torsion or shear. The stanchion arm bushing on our cars is a pseudo-ball joint encased in rubber and then around that is a substantial steel ring. Between the binding forces the urethane is going to experience and the significantly weakened stanchion arm socket, IMHO, this is the only spot on the car to never do poly. Spherical bearing or stock, is the answer here.
But that's just me, and I am but an electromechanical engineer who argues on the internet.
