Nicely done! Very impressive...did you do it in CAD or by eye and hand?
How much does each one weigh?
Also, how did you get the angle of incidence right on the ball joints for the control arm?

the angle was measured out carefully and tried to match it on the new arms.
the good thing is that the ball joints on our cars are not load bearing, so the angle is not as important (I am NOT saying it not important, just saying it is not as sensitive if I'm off a couple of degrees)

these actually started out life as control arms for something else :P

The reason I asked is because while they do not amount to much vertical loading, they still experience significant compound loadings. My most significant concern is maintaining geometry with the hub--which is really a safety concern when you get into the camber thrust area of travel; if you run out of travel in the ball joint you'll pop it from its socket.

I know this and thats why I tried to match the original angle as much as possible
at the same time all of us that are lowered are already at a different angle than the original one
