fuel pump is a necessity
slim fans do help greatly
you will need a 3bar map sensor
clutch (something not stock)
Front mount intercooler
and it's a good idea to convert your bpc to one from a T7

If you have the time, mock up the manifold and tack weld it. Thereafter, check your local classifieds listings for professional tig welders. This is what I did. Im in the process of mocking everything up then all will go the the welders at once

Best advise on the manifold is just be prepared to spend close to grand (if not more) with any race shop that can make it.

I spoke with Bert yesterday, and he said that he'd be interested, but he doesn't have time for side-jobs right now.
I'll reply to your PM with his contact info, but I would expect the price to be around $600

It wouldn't surprise me if it increased power.
The stock manifolds are pretty crappy from a performance standpoint.
They're narrow runners, they don't merge well, and they're relatively long runners, too.

if it's tubular vs log manifold
then yes you would gain more from a tubular manifold

ideally i want a tubular twinscroll design. ive done some research and the twinscroll design is supposed to help with spool time especially for a big turbo like a holset.
