make my n/a 2.3 turbo.?

i bought a parts car.. (parts are for sale look for my thread in that section)
it has a non turbo 2.3 which runs well. my car has a 2.0 turbo motor.
i was told that all the parts are interchangable between the two motors but my question is is because the 2.3 is NOT turbo can i put my turbo on that motor and hve it run correctly if i were to run low boost.?
If possible what do i need to do to make this project work.? Any help is greatly appreiciated. thank you.

Several people have turbocharged their NA engines. There should be at least two fairly detailed threads build threads that will tell you what you need.

being one of the few that has done it

i can personally tell you that the work involved is not worth it.

you can get about 200whp while still being safe, BUT you will want more once you get there
when you try and push it more it you will start breaking things, like pistons (ask me how i know)

the limitations are found fairly quick.

just build up the 2.0
it will be much more reliable and fun (stage 2 will give you the just above the performance of the 2.3N/A turbo)

if you search under my old threads you'll find my build where i did this.
