Intercooler upgrade

Hi,

The intercooler on my 2002 T7 is in pretty bad shape and I would like to replace it with something that evacuate out the heat more efficiently.

So far I read that there's 2 options for me (drop-in) & stock turbo :

- ETS
- MP Performance

Which one to choose ?

Any reviews are welcomed !

Buy a Forge or ETS. You could always do a custom setup as well.

The only reason it took all day to install was because we couldn't keep our dicks out of each others mouths.

Of those two the ETS is a better choice (bigger core) and cheaper.

Cheapest route would be to search here for what people have done with universal ones from EBay. You will get just as much performance out of it for less money, but more work from yourself.

^Agreed. With the super low price of IC pipe and coupler kits and ICs ebay is the most cost effective. If you have the $$$ get the ETS.

Also this site has been around for a while and has a TON of info to be perused at your leisure. Use the search button it will be your friend.

I went the custom route and I'm pretty happy with. Looks great, performs and was pretty cheap. It was a decent amount of work but who doesn't like spending time with their car!?
