what needs to happen to put 9-3 shocks/struts and springs on an ng 900 or is it pipedream and is it worth it even if a deal is to be had

Rear springs and shocks are interchangeable. Front struts will not work. Front springs can work if you adapt the upper mount to accept the differently tapered spring.

If you swap the complete knuckles and elongate shock tower holes to accept 9-3 strut mounts then you can install a front 9-3 suspension.

how hard is this operation here, and are the knuckles expensive , and how does one go about elongating a strut tower hole ? sounds like a pain in the hole
