Bought a used TD04HL-15, is it any good?

Hi,

I'm currently in Sweden so I managed to get a good deal for the above turbo. It seemed in a really good shape, no in and out shaft movement at all, and only like 0,5mm movement in other directions. The WG and the actuator seem good also, and it seems that there is oil inside it because all holes are covered with plastic plugs.
But one thing bothers me: the turbine wheel is covered in a thin layer of oil, you can see it on the first picture. There is no oil anywhere else but there. Should I be concerned? Maybe they sprayed it with something to prevent rust buildup, or some oil escaped somehow there (hopefully not through the oil seal). I cannot test the turbo until I arrive in my home country, but then it'll be too late, so I want to check everything before I leave.
The company which I bought it from gives the 3 month warranty for the turbos bought there.

Whad do you think guys?

The only reason it took all day to install was because we couldn't keep our dicks out of each others mouths.

Send a message via AIM to grkguy89
find someone who knows what to look for on turbos
get them to check the play on the shaft

DO NOT wait to find out that it's bad on the car
