Have you checked all your brake lights? As odd as it sounds after I got hit I was stuck at base boost and after having T/S for a while we eventually found that a bulb had gotten dislodged and completed the circuit making the car think I was riding on the brakes.

Just a quick 2 minute check there.

with the bpc disconnected, he has full boost. 20+psi it boosts until he hits fuel cut.

with the bpc connected and running, it boosts to 5psi only.

What Harvey said.

Your turbo is OK
Your wastegate is OK or at least closed

Your wastegate starts out closed. With the BPC and the ECU controlling it, it's being told to open. So the real question is why the ECU thinks it needs to cut boost and open the wastegate.

If your DIC was bad, that might do it. Swap with jonny and see what happens.

Check to see if the 7.5 AMP APC fuse in the engine compartment fuse box is blown.

It could indicate bad mosfets in your ecu. that fuse blew in my car every time I replaced it until I soldered new mosfets in my ecu. What stage 3 tune do you have?

Have you checked your brake bulbs in the back. I went down the same road you are chasing right now. It will only take you 3 minutes to make sure all your bulbs are good and not possibly grounding out the brake circuit which would make the BPC give you base boost.
