JZW tune with 19t/3bar map/t7 bpc not idling
So I put the car all back together once with the new injectors, 3 bar map, 19t, new ECU, and t7 BPC. And whoever put the turbo together sucks. They didn't get the snap ring to fully expand. Turbo was on the car when the ring snapped out. Was so pissed off, had to take the turbo back out and get the pliers needed to put the ring back on.
Didn't idle. Sounded like a really really bad high lift cam job. Almost like it was firing on 3 cylinders. Tore it apart, checked the timing, but different plugs in again, put it back together. Same thing. It smells wicked rich, the plugs were about black when I pulled the first ones. I have no idea where to go from here. Haven't driven it cause it sounds so bad. If I rev it a little to about 2k and let off, it stalls itself. Ideas?!? At wits end after having spent about 12hrs over the past few days and have accomplished nothing.

Did you put the correct wires going to the 3 bar prong location. When i installed mine I had an idle issue like that until switched them around. I guess during install I mixed them up when i was attching wire clips

Sounds like you have the idle motor connector plugged into No4injector & vice versa with the iac connector.

Try unplugging the MAP to see if it changes at all. Also, make sure the MAP vac line is hooked up to the manifold after the TB.

With this hoopla about the MAP, what is the order of wires looking at the map from the front? I want to be sure they are in the right order. I'm about 95% sure they are but cant see my timing being off that far to cause this twice in a row.

Timing off a single tooth can make the car not idle. I did that right before I forgot to plug in the map sensor

O.K now I'm grasping at straws, As pimp has already said, With the 630 injectors they need to be indexed. They need to be in the correct position so the fuel is spraying towards the valves. Check your timing (line all of the 3 marks up exactly) Check your map Index the injectors. I think it's your injectors or your Map.

Have you plugged a GST in it too see if it has a Map performance Open/short to b+ code or maybe an injector performance code. The car may just tell you where to look just by asking it.

O.K, the 3 wires on your map go like this,
From left to right: black, blue, grey. And Dekka's need to be in a special position (indexed). I'm not sure how to do it. I run Green giants and didn't need to index them. Giants have the same spray pattern as the standard. Dekka's have a different pattern, that's why they need to be indexed.

Well it was the timing. Apparently I was off a tooth twice, third time was a charm.
Waiting on some final fittings to get the catch can set up, created an -an line for one of the coolant lines for the turbo.

Bogan, you using the stock T25 intake system with your T28? Was curious what some people are doing for the return line from the crank case.
