The volvo turbo is no good, it wont fit.

You have a T-25 on your car now get it upgraded to a "Big T-28"

No install mods required, its a direct fit.

You can run easy 300+hp. But I'm bias because that's what I got.

A TD04-6cm-19T is just as good. But you will need to change coolant lines and maybe oil lines (no sure).

Ok cool i will not bother with the volvo turbo.. Whats the big t-28 ?

So a td04-16t will work.. I wonder wich turbo will be easyer to get... Also dos it matter if it is water cooled or not? I see alot of oil only turbo's out there

A "big T-28" is basically a journal bearing version of the GT2860rs.
It flows within 5% of the GT. The guts of the T-25 are taken out and the guts of the 2860rs put in.

If you go the TD04 route you want the 6cm exhaust side version not the 5cm.
the EGT's will be to high and melt your valves.

These are both watercooled.

The 6cm exhaust intake is oval shaped. the 5cm is round.

That's a 6cm Turbocharger 93~ SAAB 9000 TD04HL-15G / 49189-01600 6cm | eBay

I thinks they came off 9000 aero's and some 95's

Not to sure.

The stock TD04 then needs to be upgraded to a 19T

Hey, SuperSaab.....

You can't just slap on a turbo and call it good. There are other supporting mods that you'll need to make before you can even think about coming close to your goals. Bogan has prepped his car properly and is adding the turbo as just one of a half-dozen critical changes that will enable his car to hit 300 whp. Please study his posts, and understand that while there's no one way to mod your car, there's definitely a right way and a wrong way.

Seriously, bro....I don't want to pee in your cornflakes, but there's a LOT more you need to do...mainly research to understand what the individual mods do to change the car's performance....

I think everyone here wants you to succeed because we were all in the same boat...

okay supersaabturbo Im going to give you a quick run down on
"things to do before bigger turbo"

Fuel pump
injectors
clutch
better brake rotors and pads
intercooler
your oem bypass valve will probably only last a few months with high boost pressure so its best to upgrade to a forge unit

these are the BASIC things needed for a bigger turbo; keep in mind though with the added power your suspension is not going to be happy so if I where you Id think about getting a bigger rear sway bar and steering rack clamp kit. Both of those things and many other parts can be found at Taliaferro Imports, Inc.
