Who uses LASER NGK SPARK PLUGS?

Hey guys, do you guy know if the NGK LASER spark plugs will work on a 99 93? Or just the regular ones will only work ? I tried looking it up and it seems that it only has it available for 2000 and up. So i don't know ? Maybe it's only for T7

After this, I looked at GenSaab, they got rid of the 7's off their site?

Also, use these if you have T5. Much cheaper. @ less than $2 each.

D'OH! I saw 99' 9-3 and thought Viggen... yeah, if you are NOT a Viggen - what he said (the cheaper plugs) which you should change every 20K.

BCPR7ES

for all T5 cars with snails and tuned T7 cars

I'm guessing that you are joking.

Powersports and Motorsports have nothing to do with it*

I keep blurring the line between TSL and the real world.

I keep forgetting that theres no implied sarcasm in the webs.

I know this was sarcasm, but for the record after a quick search their sales were 2.3 billion in '04. Couldn't find better numbers after a quick 1min search.

On N/A SAABs you can use other stuff, but Turbos must get the OEMs. That's because your DIC uses the plug to measure engine parameters, and only the OEM NGK plugs are proven to give the DIC the correct readings. You can go ahead and try other plugs, but you've been warned.

the proper NGK's are a necessity on Saabs. $2 ones for everything but the VIggen and I change them every 15,000. (Every 5 oil changes no matter what).

My mom's mechanic put Bosch in, without me knowing and fried the DIC in less than a month!

Stupid mechanics...

I have a Viggen and purchase the bcpr7es (not the -11's) from the local carquest because they let me purchase them per box at a little discount.

The -11 is just the gap - and that's something i can do myself easily.

They are a little less than $2 a pop. I do not buy 'Saab' branded plugs.
I do replace them between 12 and 15K miles.

46K miles, and no issues.

im running autolite plat plugs with a t7 cassette in a t5 engine. been running for 10k miles and no problems, performance issues or cassette issues. Reason? I needed plugs asap and i couldnt localy find the NGK's im "supposed" to run , so i resorted to these thinking i was going out on a limb...no...im doing just fine. OEM is not a must.

just sayin.
