Installing a quife-lsd

How hard is it to install a quaife lsd in my ng900 gearbox?
Is this something that only specialists can do? How long time does it take? Do you need to tear the box in pieces, or is it just "behind a cover"?

I would say 9x out of 10, this is a job for specialists. I think it might also require some specialty tools.

I'd up that to 10x our of 10....

I would only let a qualified Saab tech do this, and even then, I would make sure that the shop has done these before.

Call or PM Nick Taliaferro and check out genuinesaab.com because he has some notes on what is needed for the installation. The difficulty is all the special equipment you would need and the experience of taking apart these transmissions.

I would say if you have to ask, go to a specialist.
