alright what do i need??

ok i have a td04 from a 9000 aero and i want to stick it on my 97900 what exactly do i need to do it as far as intake side...im not sure exactly....i can handle oil and cooling but and clocking...but do i have to get the comp housing from a td04 9=3 or does nick sell some thing to do this or not? i will trade a good t25 with no play for the parts to do this

You need to grind off the little pin in there so you can clock the turbo so it all fits. I just put the center section on with one banjo bolt lose with the coolant line from wp tight. Then I align the turbine housing and mark it with a sharpie. PUll off the turbo and tighten the clamp. Then I put it back on and put the compressor housing on and line that up with ic hose and acutuator and then mark that with a sharpie. Tighten it.

There is a build thread on Eric's site link from my website. He shows how to make a simple intake pipe with a 2.25 or 2.5 rubber or silicone elbow and 2.5" piping.

You don't have to grind down those locating pins. You can use a good set of locking pliers to grab it and get it out. Takes a bit of muscle but they will come out.
