Little day project for the viggen. Sounds amazing. Came out nice, 3" turbo back & transitioned into the stock exhaust before the axle. My buddy jeff helped out plenty as well, with his working welder and plenty of sugar. lol. Time for the t5 cams and tune. We used a spark plug anti fowler to extend the second o2 bung out and worked flawlessly.

Its cool you included pictures of the stock exhaust, that really makes the difference look even greater!
But your buddy needs to work on that welding haha, granted I'm sure it was cheap.

As u can see in the photo theres a pic of the silver thingy haha..thats it. they come as a 2 pack at autozone...we had to drill it out for the stock o2 bung to fit. we just ended up using one and that was enough to pull it out of the exhaust for it to get a "trick" reading. i was told if i just plugged that o2 sensor in i'd pop a code out my butt. we dont like that...so i tried this...untill i get a tune. A trained eye can tell its a custom exhaust at idle... when driving it sounds stock untill i mat it then it opens right up..sounds like zachs abbott 3". then while crusing its perfectly quiet.

should have just welded two OBD2 bungs on top one another to offset the rear O2 - this creates a different reading is is supposed to prevent the light from coming on.... These cars really are supposed to have a cat tho - they don't ruin any flow, and they come in 3" and larger. I have one in my 3" Turbo Back exhaust on my 9K - no problems at all! And it's greener too.

^ nice grammar, seriously though, good to see the correct use.
I was thinking the same thing that the welds were a little spotty, but they seem to have ground down very well! Looks good!
