Hah ha, nice. That made me giggle looking at it.

...and no parts on the floor?!

It'd be nice if you put a quick build list here with the dyno info.

No parts on the floor and would have been very surprised if there where since the engine has been spanked with that power alot. Two other runs where also drive on dyno 648bhp and 661bhp with some tweeking of parameters in between.

Motor specs in shortness
standard B204 bottom engine
T5 head gasket
orignal head bolts
Mildy ported head with orig size valves, stiffer springs (volvo) and Enem 10.4cams, adjustable cam gears.
Holset HX40super with #18 turbine housing in x-manifold
3.5" DP/exhuast, 60mm EWG
Tatech ECU
W/M stage I kit

GREAT numbers! You're using a 10% loss, isn't it closer to 12%?

Makes me feel better about my own stock headbolts. How many miles is on the motor, or is it different between the head and block? It's nice to see that you "only" have cams, w/m, larger compressor side/turbine housing, and .5" more downpipe than me

Factors from are from dyno downrun.
The motor is rougly 30k km driven now, but use is as you know which would count up for much much more of "normal" style miles with occasional spanking. Up till now has been driven through 5 standing mile events (several runs in each) and the hundreds of long test runs.

There's a ton of info on valve springs in my Holset thread and I copied all of it into a new one.

Nice curves
Must be a whole lotta fun between 3-6k RPMs. I can almost seek your cheeks being pulled back like the old centrifuge tests of the 1950-60s.
The heads aren't the ones you posted pic's on a while back are they? They seemed to be a bit more than 'mildy ported'.
Keep up the great work - gives all something to target.

Yep I'm aware. Everytime I go to floor it I feel guilty but then that "Vigge-does-it-at-every-chance" feeling comes in and the guilt is gone. Just predicting when all my stocks stuffs are gonna bite the dust.

Incredible work, it almost seems like the car is not as powerful as the video shows because of the super smooth power delivery.

Looks pretty good, does seem like the registry is kind of small. Its strange to see the torque curve as high as the hp with the nm torque numbers, I like seeing the flat torque curve much better.

I got my bosh fuel pump going and it made a world of difference. If I still have a transmission after this weeks drag race, will have to get back on the dyno and see how mine is doing.
