help with 9-3 mbc

So basically i have 2 mbc's. One is a homemade and the other is a turbo xs hp with bleeder valve. I am using the source from the turbo (i unplugged the three vacuum hoeses coming off the factory boost conotroller) which goes onto the nipple with the ball and spring, the other nipple goes to the wastegate, I have tryed both controllers turned all the way up and will only build 7psi. I reversed where the lines where and still nothing, then i tryed hooking the stock bc up but do not know where the lines go. There are three nipples on the stock controller. Any ideas?

one goes on the intake pipe, one on the turbo compressor housing, and another on the wastegate. R = intake, C = compressor, W = wastegate

Uhhhh your profile says

"1999 9-3t HKS SSQ BOV greddy FMIC all custom charge pipes, custom intake, stage 3tune"

why are you even thinking about running a MBC if you already have a stage 3 tune????

easiest thing to go with is the stock APC (assuming it hasn't failed yet). Using MBC's can be very sketchy...especially if you already have a stage 3 tune....I mean...how much more boost do you need...your tune should be adjusted to the fuel cut already
