Can we compare pics? Im curious as I think we have some awful roads but I'll admit I havent been to the UK. I'm also in the Northeast where winter kills our roads and causes me not to lower my daily as I have to go over rough roads every day.

Just get the Abbott rear sphericals, they come weather sealed.. I have a few sets of inner spherical for the balljoint arm.

Stay far away from the 3letter china copies..

And you're saying these are just as good as going the uni-ball route?

I was told by Sellholm that the control arms now come with the link connection that you weld on and connect the sway bar. I am curious how these will work with yelljet and may do them to my ng900 drag car when I get ready to put it on the twisty road race course,

John

The free set of china copies from EXD in sweden. I got were not worth the trouble to install and remove..
The balljoint locked up. Couldn't turn the wheel, the spherical became sloppy and rattled. And the threads were so poor the rod ends would not stay in the arms. Even with loctite they were loose after every trip. Amazing we did not have a failure on the drag car.

When you can get abbott sealed spherical rears that that since they are perm lubed will last a long time. As for the the others you can get there with much cheaper off the shelf parts. But they look cool so I guess.

Thanks!
I have solved the winter rims problem. Needing 18" rims to clear the BBK, I was considering BBS CH, but then again, too many fakes around here, so I have decided to go with the brand and got 4 beaten 18" 6 spoke Hirsch rims, which are now at refurbishing.

Winter tires ready at hand, so I`m good

Sequential shifter

Ending the brakes/chassis job (except the ReAxs retrofit), I am starting the interior: new carpet and leather retrimm, plus a CF steering wheel (whenever I will find one, help me guys on this).
Also, I will roll the dices and try to modify the gears shifter from the H pattern to sequential: push the lever straight forward clank-clank-clank: 1-2-3, pull it to downshift.
Feel free to chime in on this

Yeap:
Front AP Racing 362mm discs with AP Racing 6pot calipers
Rear AP Racing 330mm discs with dual caliper: AP Racing 4pot hydraulic for regular braking and mechanical Brembo/ AP Racing caliper for parking/e-brake
Thus the need for slighty bigger rims:
Summer Hirsch 3 spoke 19" rims with 234/35/19 Michelin Pilot Sport PS2
Winter Hirsch 5 spoke 18" with 235/40/18 Vredestein snowtrack
So I am set at the wheels (suspension included, less the ReAxs).
Engine also set and detailed (pics to come), just a live maping at Orebro next summer and an upgraded 9-5 pressure plate to hold those 520 Nm...
Now starting the interior!!!

winter rims re-furbished (sand-blasted, primed and painted). IMHO, this is as best as they could come out!
