GS gearbox ramblings

I am slowly gathering my parts for my gearbox update and quaife install. I noticed under the above-mentioned GS posting, the level 2 tab bolt upgrade as well as the extra case dowel pins.

Has anyone besides Nick done this and if so do you have any input? The Tab bolt mod definitely a little intensive, but still manageable, while the dowel upgrade seems very easy, assuming the case provisions for the dowels are already to accept dowels.

Nick, do you sell a "dowel kit"? Also, for the Tab bolt mod, is a new bolt installed?

You must have a milling machine, the proper metric reamer etc to accomplish it.

Do the dowel holes require milling as well, or are these already "open" to accept the added dowels?
