To relieve tension on the timing chain just remove the tensioner at the back passenger side of the cylinder head. You will need to remove the cam sprockets-you need to use a wrench on the cam sprocket end and hold the cam on the flats provided on the otehr end of the cam with another wrench.
Someone will chime in with torque specs.

Cam bearing caps 15Nm
Tensioner body 63Nm
Tensioner plug 22.5Nm
Sprocket bolts 63Nm
Camshaft cover 15Nm

Buy new bolts for the sprockets since the torque they are pulled to is hard and old ones may no tolerate it especially if they resist during opening.
