19t 6cm2 questions need answer asap

Ok so I finally got all my backordered engine parts and want to drop this thing in my car heres the problem I am having now, I have a normal 9.3 tdo4 with a 6cm2 exhaust housing and was rebuild and bored to a 19t, I had to fabricate some things so the stock wastegate would fit but heres the problem I am having I am now under the impression that the stock wastegate will not hold enough boost, Does anyone with this turbo or any experience with this turbo no this for a fact I mean the person that told me that I will leave unnamed but probly is telling me the truth but I dont want to wait to find one of these new ones im so far behind schedule as it is

And why dont you just use a TD04 wastegate? The T25 actuator is pretty weak, and was not meant to be used on anything bigger than a T25 (not to mention the design is different).

It's a 2.0 HOT, probably just got posted in the wrong section, someone should chime in with something useful to help him out.

If it is the stock TD04 actuator from a 5cm housing, it is internally the same and will hold just fine. Besides, you most likely wont be running crazy boost anyway so the strength of the actuator wont really affect your top end much.

Well, the max PSI is anything you want it to be.

It all depends on how you decide on your car being tuned and what not. There is really not a max but the higher you go, the closer you come to exceeding the maximum efficiency range of the compressor housing. Obviously once you are out of that range, performance will decrease.
