Head
so i might pick up a head from a 2.3 viggen from someone on SC. He says it needs new exhaust valves and guides. What im tryin to figure out is, will t5 valves work with a t7 head or no. And if not am i just better finding a different head than paying 500 dollars in valves and guides or is there somewhere i can finder cheaper ones than eeuroparts
this is going to be going on to a b234 not the t7 engine if that matters at all

IIRC the T7 valve stems are smaller then the T5 units. This is in part why the T7 head flows better. I would say T5 valves are not compatible in a T7 head.

I would just find a good looking T7 head from a junkyard. And I also suggest milling it too.

Around here, c900 have gotten more scarce and the 9-3s and 9-5s are popping up more and more.

Move to Wisconsin... Theres only c900's here. Zilch for NG900's and OG9-3.

Are the B235R exhaust valves not the same as all T7? I remember Nick quoting a disgusting price on those Nimonium Alloy valves.
