saab viggen 0-60

So I've been searching around the internet and I've had times ranging from 5.9 seconds to 7 seconds.

What exactly is the stock 0-60 for my 1999 & 2000 saab viggen

Also, does the 0-60 times change at all through the years of the viggen productions (1999-2002?) And if so, by how much?

5.9s sounds stock for a Viggen. It had same engine&turbo through all years of production so the 0-60 should have remained the same.

I was guessing it was around 6 seconds
7 seconds seems a bit too slow for the car

And it was weird because when I searched 1999 viggen 0-60, it was around 7 seconds.... then i searched 2000 viggen 0-60 and got 5.9/6.4 seconds
stupid internet.

7 is about my 9-3 auto, and viggen has way more torque....5.9 sounds about right.

not all Viggens had TCS though....so no. Best time I saw in Motor Trend was 6.4 sec.

Best time I have is 6.1 in a 99' road test. 6.4 is the norm though. Remember, 1st and 2nd gear are power limited and both are used to reach 60mph

I hear those auto viggens get better 0-60 than the manual ones.

there are not auto viggens... it's just the fact that the driver has to control the wheel spin which leads to varying times

typically 0-60 is in the mid to low 6s after some practice

Was it an option? Or does it go along with those auto viggens?

Yeah, I think Automatic Viggens came with Quaife. I'm pretty sure it was an option when buying 2000+ Viggen.

They also had CF hoods and big brembo kit brakes on, but I've never seen one.

Sorry No Auto Viggens were produced, Nore Did they come stock with Quaifes. But there are 3 of them Running around Baltimore with Quaifes, None of which have I checked for 0-60 times. They all Feel Faster than An open Diff Viggen. But they are also covered in GS & ABBOT Racing hardware. The Quaife takes the Violent Fun Torque stear away and Just Launches HARD! FAST!!!!!!!! They Should of all Came with Quaifes. But I have no Times to tell. I Know somebody somewhere has to of Clocked a Viggen with a Quaife Diff out there?
