16" TSW Hockenheim with 245/45/16 tires?

well a guy on saabnet posted that he put these tires on and the fit but he had pretty much deserted the thread. I just sold my old set for about $500, thanks ebay. And I want to upgrade to this setup, anybody running this or have any input on this tire size working? its a 1999 9-3 yet to add springs and shocks but will.

They are 16 x 7.5 yes?
I would strongly recommend not going up to a 245 on a 7.5" wheel. 225 is ideal and 235 will fit, though they are starting to pinch the tires a bit.

Do you know how much they weigh? I've been considering these as I want to stick with 16 inch but get something wider than 6.5...

got any pics of them on the car, and tire size? I'm gonna buy new though just curious to see them on the car. I am probably gonna stick with the kumho 712's they have been good for me so far.

Nice pic!....

I'm definitely shedding my Viggen wheels and picking up those. I love that BBS-inspired styling....

They come off and are a piece of their own. Wouldnt be hard at all to take in and have painted to your exact color.

Hey, if you guys want to try it, I have the 17" TSW Avus-R wheels, and the stock Saab center caps fit in them (instead of the center lock thing). The lug cover was a little too "rice" for me, so I used the stock ones. All you have to do is cut 4 of the posts off the back of each cap (NOT the barbed ones-you need these to hold onto the rim). I'll post a pic if you want...
