does anyone have any pics of their gauge set up esp. boost... looking for something else besides the a pillar and was wondering what others have done thanks
Have done the search and well looking for something else besides a pillar.... or headlight switch... want it to be visable without having to duck and see
I was looking for the same thing but I gave up and went pillar. It can look nice if done well:
I also like the below the cig lighter pair that you can order from someone on here. I dont have a pic of them, but they are a bit low and out of the way down there.
There are some who have done a single din radio set up with a 3 gauge setup filling in the rest of the space above the radio. It was a members avatar on here and I know ERP had a similar setup as well.
Also another member made a dual pod that replaced the flip out ashtray.
i make the dual gauge pod set up that goes down where the ash tray is. heres the link to it. i havent bumped it for a real long time. i must say though i personally dont exactly recommend putting a boost gauge down there though.
PoisionBeef has my old A-Piller setup, next time I think I'm going to try to fab up something for the middle of the dash like A12 has. Except, more refined like the Scoobies have.
The headlight switch location which has been mentioned, the Radio DIN setup which has been mentioned, and the ashtray has been mentioned. The glove box? Thats about the only place left.
mark thats where I got the idea for what I am trying to make right now... I had them in my last car (wrx) in the center of the dash and am going to try and recreate something like that... just can't be as high so...
I keep wanting to switch to those style of auto meters. Look so much better then what I have.
