turbo upgrade for ng900se help

I have found a guy that says he has a turbo from a '96 9000cse. if that is the case this means it is the td04 15t 6cm...right? and that being the case it will bolt up to my car. the only thing i will have to modify is some minor porting of the manifold...right? if that is it and i get it is there anything else i shoule do at the same time?

ECU, Downpipe and exhaust are a few things that come to mind off the top of my head. Also you will want to do a good FMIC upgrade to take advantage of that new piece of hardware you will be putting in. If you don't have a boost gauge and an A/F ratio gauge I would suggest adding those in as well.

Ok thats about it that I can think of.

yeah if thats the original turbo its that terrible t25 not the TD04, think that was an aero only deal, but saabkid might be right about the 98 CSE cause that had the same HP (essentially) as the aero since there was no aero that year.
