How hard/easy is to put these in without taking the control arms to a shop to be pressed out/in. Is that really the only way? Or could a couple of rather mechanically inclinced folk be able to do it at home?
Burn out the old rubber bushings basically or use a gear puller to push them out. Hacksaw the metal sleeve for the outer control arm bushing and then your good to put the new ones in.
actually thats no joke i'll post pics of mine later. He has the strength of a manbeast gorilla.
And a sharp flat head screw driver along with a hammer worked quite well for me.
