4" round metalic cat on NG

I descided to change my old (ceramic) burnt cat with new Metalic cat on 3" JT exhaust.
Just wondering if is going to be a problem if i get round cat instead of oval.

need quick advice ....

to make things more clear -> 4" round body with 3" inlet/outlet

There's always the one used in Taliaferro Saab's downpipes. It's made by Vibrant Technologies. It's pretty small in diameter and very short. Taliaferro sells it for $145.

Just get under the car and measure the clearance. Not too hard and you know for sure.

I don't know why, but this concept is very tough for some people to actualize.

Even eyeballing it should give you a good general idea.
