Stock 9-3 injectors are good to 300 hp.

So, waste.

Agreed. It is my understanding that you won't need bigger injectors until you want to go beyond stage 4.

can you go beyond stg4 with td04? i know jack has a stg5 with a 6cm and 5xlbs injectors, but what would happen if you ran it on a 5cm?

More restriction in the exhaust flow right off the manifold...which leads to higher EGTs. High EGTs = bad news.

is there a way to port the hot side? or would a t25/28 be better? 6cm's are hard to get and i dont know how to clock the turbo to get the right angle.

P.S. sorry for thread jacking. XD

Clocking it is easy. Just find a T7 TD04 and swap the 9000 6cm exhaust housing on. Its as simple as removing the band clamp around the center section and undoing the actuator.

It'll essentially look the same as a 9-3 HOT/Viggen setup. Visually the only thing that differentiates swapped exhaust housings from outside is the tab for the engine brace on the 6cm.

...and to the o/p. Stick with the stock injectors. The ecu is tuned to work with those already.
