GS Air intake Filter..

How often should these be replaced or cleaned?
i breifly searched and didnt find an answer..
mine is making a constant sucking noise and ive been getting Intermittent CEL ugh..

dishwasher works wonders...

saves money too..

then get the K&N Recharge kit.

I try and clean mine every 10k. Just buy the recharge kit and follow the directions in there.

Also with an open filter your always going to be hearing a sucking noise. If you don't like it go back to the stock airbox and drop in the K&N panel filter for the airbox.

i clean it every oil change. its not needed that often but it doesnt hurt.
my oil changes take about 2 hours... owell

ive had it on there for a while now.. i just noticed the other day when i popped the hood it was alot louder than usual.. as long as nothings wrong i dont mind.. the louder the better
