Nick, Is that the old bar on your car, and is that the new style-red one. I'm no engineer, but I really don't see the benefit of having the supports that are welded where it connects to the strut-bolts. Maybe keep those out of the equations as it would help with minor adjustments user wise when fitting? Just a thought.

Those were both the "same" part.. Now you understand..

The crossbars on the ends help make the assembly stiffer.

I have the six point, which improved the cowl shake considerably, but I am still not satisfied. Will this make a difference?

Well you know that part about shoulda got a carfax...

Machine was New old stock from a defunct startup. Needs a $750 circuit board and that may not be the problem. The manufacturer has had the controll boards for a couple weeks. Just got them back today. Going to try some other tests before condemning them. Basically it has been a big mess. Got a new cold saw though. Brand new so if there is a problem I can yell at them like customers do to me.

i have one of the old style bars, it takes a little force to fit it on/off the studs but it fits. definitely firms up the front end very nicely.
