Any company that makes gauges will have a mechanical version of most electric style gauges. The two in the pod are both mechanical.

www.egauges.com has the prices I have found. I have placed about 5 orders with them and have not had any problems.

I have the Phantom II boost gauge which is in my avatar. I'll get up some others when I am not so lazy and not on my way to Ikea.

Does the vacuum side reflect the same - number as the + number during boost. If the vacume is -25, should it also boost +25 or is it completely different?

93nut.....it depends on your units being measured. 1 "hg is equal to .5 psi so on my boost gauge the max of 30 inches hg is equal to 15psi of vacuum.

I have a VDO Visions series mechanical boost gauge. It looks very similar to the stock gauges with a black face and white numbers. At night it lights up green with a red needle.

93nut i'd be suprised if even the vacuum portion of your boost gauge was in PSI also. I've never seen one setup like that. There usually set up in "hg for vac and psi for pressure. I forget what unit the vac is in for gauges where pressure is in bar though.
