You absolutely should find an oil return from a TD04. The T25 flange is a lot bigger and won't quite match up. My car came with the T25 flange (on a TD04) and it leaked like crazy.

You also need the flange itself that bolts to the turbo for that gasket to match up...not just the gasket.

could you clarify, a pic,...i cant visualize what you mean. Do you just mean where the turbo attaches to his stock manifold coming off of his 99 9-3?

I'm talking about the oil drain flange that bolts to the turbo center section and allows oil to return to the pan. The TD04 flange and hose are smaller then the T25 version.

Same link that soccerplyr posted.... This is the right gasket. You need the FLANGE that matches too, not just the gasket.

There is an oil return flange that bolts to the turbo. The first link is the gasket you need for the TD04 oil return. You also need the FLANGE that corresponds to that gasket. I don't know how I can be any more clear about it.

The second link is the gasket that goes in between the turbine housing of the turbo and the exhaust manifold.
