Stage 1 2 & 3

Ok, Stage 1 is just a chip correct? And how much power gain is that?

What's the added hardware for ST 2 and 3?

I'm getting used to my stock power level and contemplating about bumping up some HPs.

The Stage 1 chip just adjusts boost (like adding a manual boost controller).
If you have a Stage 1 chip, and add stage 2 & 3 hardware, then you have to buy a new stage 3 chip that is programmed for the stage 3 hardware.

This is why people say buy the hardware first, and then get the tune. Or buy a stage 3 ECU, and wait to install it until you get the hardware.

Yes, at the brakes. At the wheels its around 230/250 and with a FMIC its around 240/260

Stage 3 is amazing

Even better you can use it on the stock turbo

Id also recommend a Viggen clutch/pp with a stage 3. The stock clutch isnt going to like it very much. Its not needed but youll need to replace it some day anyway.

My friend had it on his NG900. It was insane. I hit a 0-60 in 6.1 with winter tires.

I'd highly recommend a custom stage 4...go get your car tuned in person. My 96 900 (2.3 swap, 15t-6cm) was roadtuned by Frank at SQR and its quite fun to drive.

Sounds like that turbo might be out of your budget. After everything else is factored in 5k is a reasonable ballpark figure. Judging by your name you have a viggen, so work on the motor would also be required. You would also need suspension, tires, an to fix parts which arent upto par, di, fuelpump, list goes on.

well i would say in all honesty that i think a 234r/gt30 setup could be done for about 2500.

but i believe he has a 99 9-3 not viggen.

Do a GT3071R on a 2.0... No need to do the 2.3L swap. Just go big turbo, upgraded cams, and custom tune. Save the money from the swap and put it into the turbo/cams.

IIRC Nick said his 2.0L NIRA car is crazier than his 2.3L viggen.
