Question Turbo Replacement?

Apparently the turbo on my Vig is on the outs. I was just wondering what you guys thought would be the best idea for what to do. Should I get it rebuilt, buy a new one, or buy something bigger? If I did go with something different would I have to get my ECU tuned accordingly? thanks for all your input.

If your turbo's compressor and turbine blades aren't damaged the cheapest route is rebuild. If your wanting more power then go with a bigger turbo.

You'll only need an ECU tune if you go with a bigger turbo or decide you want more power from the stock td04.

Bigger turbo? What size? And then what about having to upgrade fuel pump, injectors, i/c, and the software as u said?

Obviously it all depends on the route you go.

Example TD04-18t:ecu tune, larger injectors, 3" dp, 3" catback, FMIC

GT30:lots of hardware (exhaust manifold, forged internals), fuel pump, injectors, FMIC, 3" inch all the way, ecu tune..........
