delivery pipe

i mentioned this before but never really got any replies on it. first off is the stock delivery pipe 2inches? gs one is 2.5 and the 3 inch tb elbow. while the gs unit is to big and wouldnt help me really at all i thought what if i went in between and made a 2.25 pipe and maybe a 2.5 elbow or just a 2.25 all the way? my car is stage 5 with a little t25/28 keep that in mind, so the big gs one is just to big for my little turbo. i wanted to just do a 2.25 delivery pipe and tb elbow. i figured a 2.25 would be best in my situation, what do you all think about this?

Well, a supply pipe of any size is only as good as the restriction in the system itself.

so if you just have a 2" id intercooler, a 2.5" pipe system won't do much for you.

Yes, the stock pipe is 2".

I would not worry about the upgrade for you unless you plan to upgrade your turbo.

Even then, the benefits are debatable. I'm making a 2.5" one only because I have the tubing, and the stock one is ugly.
