My buddy has one on his EVO and it worked fine. I have spark plug anti-fouler's on mine and they were $5 and do the same job for me.

do you have staged software? AFAIK most tuners disable the 2nd o2 sensor.....

I was using spark plug non-foulers when I had a cat-less downpipe, and they worked great. I never had a check engine light because of it. It's worth $5 just to try them out.

I used two. The top one has to be drilled out with a 1/2" drill bit so the nose of the O2 sensor will fit through it, but the lower one can be left as-is.

Ok cool thanks for the info.

My parents want me to get the electronic one first cause they think its a better way to do it for some reason. So ill let everyone know how that goes then if that doesnt work i guess ill try the spark plug fouler

If applicable check your state inspection, several states mandate cars 96 and newer undergo an OBDII inspection, make sure these dont throw a CEL, though if I'm correct this is a device to bypass this issue

This device doesnt throw a cell, it does bypass the issue. I found another forum and a guy with an EVO did the test with one of these and he passed

If i put my exhaust on with out the after cat O2 sensor connected or put zip tie it somewhere

will my car still run fine and just throw a cell?

or will it run bad?

Cause i have a chance to do my exhaust this weekend on a hoist but wont have the O2 simulator yet. So my idea is to put the exhaust on this weekend and put the simulator on next week with just a jack and stands

It will still throw a cell since it uses the bung as a ground. Just put it on and live with the CEL for now until you get the anti fouler.
