Your going to want a custom tune to get the optimum performance out of your new turbo.

Your ecu tune needs to match your hardware. The car will run, run fine, but to get 100% out of the hardware the ecu will have to be reflashed. If its Nordic software, a reflash is about 25% the cost of a new tune.

And you not need a "custom tune" as Drew suggested. There are tuners that would probably have sortware on hand for the turbo you want to use.

Dont forget that once you get all those fancy parts on there, make sure you keep the boost low (by setting the wastegate), and not beating on it. With the stage 3 tune, you have a great possibility of leaning it out.

With that, if you are building an engine with forged pistons and cams, and are questioning new bearings while you are doing it, i must ask. Are you the person that is going to be building this motor? If yes, then definitely new bearings all around. If not, you might want to discuss with your engine builder (who will 99% likely tell you the same thing).
