Can I put 9-5 Aero Calipers on a 99 9-3?

Will they bolt up? I'd be getting the larger rotors as well of course.

the answer is "yes" if it's a 2000 or 2001 Aero

This will also work for 97-98 900s without modification.

And with 94-96 900s with the 97 or newer wheel hub. (just get 97-98 spindle assemblies from the junkyard)

02-04 Rear Aero calipers will also bolt right up. But with the same above fitment precautions. Those will also require the Taliaferro lines.

Wouldn't you be able to use OEM lines in the rear if you were able to get them with the calipers? I know wreckers usually just cut them in the middle, but suppose you asked the person nicely to unbolt the line at the first flex joint where it meets the trailing arm...
