Simple suspension question.

I want to lower my car just a tad. I have lowered most my cars I have owned and done struts at the same time. My current struts are currently in great shape (newer). If I got these springs http://www.genuinesaab.com/catalog/p...roducts_id=404 Would I NEED to get shocks, would it blow out the current ones? Any other things I should get before lowering?

Without shocks, it will be a bit bouncy. And wear them out a little sooner. Strut mounts and strut bearings should be replaced...unless they already were not too long ago.

you will be alright without upgrading the shocks. Plenty of people have done the spring upgrades without shocks right away. I have even heard of cutting springs without putting on new shocks and the ride was still okay. I wouldn't suggest that though, I was just saying.

Get the full Koni kit from Solo Performance Specialties or GenuineSaab. The aftermarket springs on stock shocks will suck.

Have Evolution Autosport align it, then bring that bish out to some autocross events next year.
